Orders are processed by Treasure Trade on Monday to Thursday between 15:00 and 17:00 offered at PostNL. The packages are shipped insured. Since Treasure Trade delivers many items directly from stock, orders can be processed quickly.
The prices on Treasure Trade are intended for business customers and resellers. Therefore, the prices are only visible after registration and approval as a B2B customer. After creating an account, you can view the range, view prices, and place orders.
A minimum order amount applies for an order. € 250 excluding VAT. This minimum amount applies because Treasure Trade, as a wholesaler, only supplies B2B products to stores, online shops and other resellers.
To place an order with Treasure Trade, first register as a B2B customer. Treasure Trade only supplies to resellers and industry-related companies. After registration, you can log in, view the prices, and place orders through the webshop. For each customer, the order must be paid for via iDeal.
Yes, the showroom of Treasure Trade in Haarlem is open by appointment. The showroom is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs; there is no elevator available. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

You can submit a complaint or return request via email, WhatsApp or the contact form on the website. Please include your name, company name, email address, phone number and order number. This will allow Treasure Trade to review your complaint more quickly.
Complaints about breakage, damage or other problems with the delivery must be made within 8 days after receipt It is advisable to include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos immediately when reporting the issue.

No, no warranty is given on plating. Plating can wear out faster due to use, skin type, moisture, perfume or other influences than solid silver.
The articles of Treasure Trade are subject to a 6-month factory warranty. For this, the original purchase receipt is required. The warranty does not automatically apply to any form of wear or damage; Treasure Trade assesses the situation and discusses a solution in consultation.

Treasure Trade delivers many items directly from stock. The range consists of more than 2,000 items and is designed for quick delivery to retailers and e-commerce customers. This allows Treasure Trade to respond flexibly to market demand.
Images of non-purchased items may not be used by third parties. For larger quantities, images can be supplied upon request in JPG format of 600 x 600 pixels. For some images, you can copy them from the webshop, provided that they are purchased items.

Status discount
Yes, for larger quantities or special orders, a customized price or discount is available upon request. This can be interesting when you want to purchase large quantities or when you have a specific request outside the standard statuses.
In the case of an annual decrease of less than € 1.250 No status discount applies. You will then receive 0% discount. As your annual savings grow, you can qualify for a higher status discount.
The status discount is based on the annual purchase volume. That means that Treasure Trade looks at your total purchase value per year, not just a single order. This makes the discount especially attractive for customers who make regular purchases.
With an annual decrease under € 2.500 is valid 0% discount. From Receive € 2,500 per year you 3% discount. From € 7,500 per year You will receive 5% discount. From € 15,000 per year You will receive 7% discount. From € 25,000 per year You will receive 9% discount.
The status discount from Treasure Trade works based on your annual purchase value. The higher your total purchase value per year, the higher the discount you can receive. The discount ranges from 3% to 9%, depending on the annual order value.
Whether the status discount can be combined with other pricing arrangements is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To do this, please contact Treasure Trade so that they can assess which discount or pricing arrangement best suits your request.
You can find your discount percentage in your account. The status discount is based on your annual purchase at Treasure Trade. As soon as you reach the required purchase amount within a 365-day period, the corresponding discount will be visible in your account. There you will see which discount percentage applies to your company.
Treasure Trade works with different discount groups: Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby and Diamond. These groups entitle you to accumulating discounts:
- Sapphire: 3% discount
- Emerald: 5% discount
- Ruby: 7% discount
- Diamond: 9% discount
The discount is not calculated on a product level or based on quantities per product. Treasure Trade looks at your total purchase. This makes the status discount especially interesting for customers who make regular purchases.
In your account you can see how many euros you still need to spend to reach the next discount group. A progress date is also shown, so you know how long your current progress will last.
If you do not meet the conditions for a discount group yet, you will not receive any status discounts. As soon as you have purchased enough, you can upgrade to a higher group such as Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby or Diamond.
